Phase C & D: Design and Envisioning

Phase E: Contract Documents
This is the phase where we create the infrastructure of your project, the definition, and documentation of your design; delivered to all stakeholders. This phase is about clarity, transparency, and accountability.
Phase F: Fixtures, Budgets, and Specs
This phase is about defining your space with the objects that will fill it. Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) create function and communicate your aesthetic.
Phase G: Contract Administration
